HANDLING
To prevent smudges and paper longevity, handle with clean hands only.

HANGING
To prolong the integrity of the print, place in frame behind acrylic or glass. Keep out of high moisture and direct light areas to prevent warping and fading.

STAINED GLASS

HANDLING
Just wash your hands before and after handling to be safe.

***All glass objects specify solder type in the product description. Object designed to encounter daily handling (i.e. trays & jewelry) use lead-free solder. ***

HANGING
Do not hang your piece from a suction cup. Weight-rated metal hooks, material specific screws, or anchors are ideal for hanging your glass art. Keep out of high moisture areas to prevent tarnishing of solder lines.

CLEANING
Always use an Ammonia FREE cleaner and a microfiber cloth to make your glass art shine. Cleaners containing ammonia can breakdown the adhesive used by the copper foil — compromising the structural integrity and life of glass art.

I carefully pack all items to ensure they reach you safely. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address information. Any shipping delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) are outside of our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for delayed shipments.

Items that arrive damaged must be documented upon arrival and all shipping materials must be saved. Documentation (written description and photos) of damage must be submitted with order number via email to be reviewed for possible art repair or replacement process.
